Yellow Warbler
The Yellow Warbler is the only warbler that is practically all yellow and has yellow spots on the tail. Closer observation reveals the chestnut-streaked breast.
The Yellow Warbler prefers shrubs or low trees and so is easily seen. The female Hooded Warbler of the southeast is similar to the Yellow, but has white tail spots.—Length: 4 3/4-5 1/4 in. Female and young lack breast spois.
